Premium mealworms for every need.
From Farm to Box
Growth
Darkling beetles lay eggs in trays with limited numbers to prevent overcrowding. Beetles are rotated to new trays, and hatched larvae of the same age are combined to save space. They are fed organic wheat bran and fresh carrots every 2 days for food and moisture.
Preparation
Once mealworms reach around 2 months, they are sifted to remove frass and bran. Those ready to ship within a week are stored at 7°C to slow metabolism, pausing growth and food needs, and can stay in this state for an extended period.
Packaging
Mealworms are weighed for each order to ensure accurate quantities, with an extra 5–10% included to cover any losses during shipping. They are packed in breathable bags and placed in ventilated boxes with air holes to ensure proper airflow during transit
